Purchased a benchmade presidio 2. Love the knife. When it showed up it was missing one of the internal washers, it looked a little dirty, and the pocket clip looked kind of worn. Almost like I was sent a used knife. I sent an email about the washer and I am still waiting knife a reply. I really like the knife and don't want to return it, I can do the cleaning myself. But I would like a replacement washer for the one that was missing. Pictures were sent attached with the email as well.

Excellent service and items for online purchases. I have had really good service from House of Knives ever since I've started ordering from them. I have yet to experience any issue that would sour my opinion. They are always helpful and always respond to my emails/concerns. I find their prices very competitive and if I find a lower price, they will try to match or beat it. Great selection of items and not just knives- I've ordered pocket knives, kitchen knives, camp gear, and tools.
Considering that I live in Ontario and they are on the west coast, shipping is always quick (few days) and they always keep me up-to-date with my delivery. While I would always love to see them with store fronts in my city, I am still very happy dealing with them online.
I am probably missing something that I'll remember once I am done but the bottom line is that I would not hesitate to recommend House of Knives to family and friends.
