I ordered June 20 and selected the 6.99 FEDEX shipping , not the Canada Post option and not the Free option . Today I receive tracking for Canada Post with an expected delivery date of June 26

Im sorry there was some kind of error while packing the order, I have reached out to our warehouse staff to find out why. For now we are obviously going to get your $6.99 refunded and I will reach out if we learn anything else. Thank you for letting us know, and the suggestion.

You have great selection but the navigation is a little wonky at times. Happy to make a purchase but definitely not very happy with the Route integration, which feels like blatant marketing data gathering and forces account creations. A real pain in the *** and I wish you guys would drop it like a hot potato.

I ordered last night. Not much to say yet. Apparently item has shipped, so that was snappy. I didn't subscribe to newsletter, don't want all the emails, however I think I have already received 7 emails from house of knives in less than 12 hours, one of them asking me if I want to subscribe.

General experience has been good. Navigating the site leaves something to be desired as I'm constantly given page not found errors as I navigate back and forth through the category's. Specifically when I sort from high to low. Select an item and then go back a page it shows an error and I lose my place. Have had issues with payment in the past that took some back and forth to sort out and recently was only able to receive store credit on a purchase of a benchmade knife that came missing parts. Even with these issues I am generally happy with the service I have received
