I ordered a knife sharpener online from these folks. The purchase and shipping was flawless. The sharpener showed up quickly and was unfortunately missing a part (I’m thinking a manufacturers packaging error). After getting hold of their service dept, they were quick at resolving the issue and have sent me the part that was missing from the box. Very professional!

I love house of knives. I bought two pairs of Kissu tongs,I thought when I placed the order it was a two for one sale. I purchased a 7inch and a 10 thought I would get the smaller pair for free. No problem though,completely happy with the service.
