The House of Knives web site is very easy to get around and understand. They also had the best price around for the Drill Doctor 750X that I purchased, which also had free shipping. I used this drill bit sharpener and with the help of YouTube videos, I was able to sharpen a number of my drill bits. It is actually very easy to use and works great. I do recommend this item.

I was extremely impressed, I had been trying to order a knife sharpening tool made by a US company for several days from a host of retailers, none would ship to Canada. Your company did not have stock, but your site offered what would be best described as a call back system when you did have stock. The manufacturer of the product told me they didn’t expect to restock your store until spring of 2024. The following day I received an email from your store stating you now had limited stock! I placed my order and within 2 hours of placing my order I received email confirmation that not only had my order been processed, it had been shipped! Bravo… all your promises were met and communicated in a very timely and professional manner. You have a new customer.

My experience with house of knives at an in person store has been great, all the staff were always very helpful and friendly. However the website can be quite annoying to deal with. There needs to be something that shows an item is out of stock before you go onto the product page, it got very bothersome to shop when more than half of the items that were part of the boxing day deal were out of stock and i could not tell before clicking on the product. The website also gave me error codes saying "Page not found" when there was seemingly no reason for this to occur.

Thank you for sharing your experience, I cant say much about "page not found" but will definitely pass that over to our ecom team. For in stock, we do have a spot on the left hand side to only show items that are in stock. Hopefully that helps next time!
