I ordered 2 Victorinox Rangergrips for my sons at Christmas. I was billed for them, however I received 2 completely different knives, not even close to what I ordered. The West Edmonton Mall Location was GREAT at accommodating and correcting the wrong on-line order. Great job to the West Edmonton Mall location for rectifying a problem and doing everything he could to accommodate me under a limited time frame. Thank you to the Gentleman at West Edmonton Mall House of Knives.

I contacted you 2 months ago to purchase a knife you have on your website, the CRKT Mbombo. I had a lady helping me saying she had me in a list for when it comes in which will be before xmas. I waited & waited and called several times. Still nothing! I call yesterday and spoke with someone different and he tells me it’s probably not coming back in stock!! Terrible that you have something on your website for sale online only and one knows what’s going on or is willing to make any calls to find out!!!

Buying was quick and easy, however getting the things you want in stock is another issue on its own. Perhaps have an ETA on when the models are going to be available ?

If theres specific things youre after you can email us at service@houseofknives.ca and we will look into ETAs for you. There are a lot of moving parts with deliveries from dozens of brands so its difficult to put anything on the site, but if you ask we will get some info if possible!

Links to outside package tracking companies are lame and feel like they’re just farming for data (which they most likely are.) please just use Canada post tracking.
