I waited a little while to write this review for my knife. I did a little shopping around and I found that House of Knives had the easiest website for me to use with a large selection. Most of the other knife stores had out of date websites that are difficult to navigate. House of knives had quite reasonable prices compared to the other sites and the lowest free shipping threshold. Will purchase from here again!

Overall smooth transaction but the web site has a few minor bugs. One example is when viewing and item and clicking back to go back to browsing you often get an error 404 page not found message or “there’s no products in this category” message forcing you to go back to the home page of the website and re enter the category to continue shopping.

Today I have received my Victoria Rose wood knives. Such a beautiful quality of knife that they carry.
I will give the product a 5* no problem.
The only thing that gets me is, that since this is considered a “final sale” meaning there is “Final Sale - Item Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged”. To be truthfully honest, that is extremely disappointing. Very sad to see a vendor that will not “back up a product that they sell” with a name that is so reputable and backed up in the culinary world.
When I went to the store here in Edmonton first to see if it’s there, that is when I found out that its via online. The associates in the store in Edmonton was great.
If the house of knives would "back up their products" then it would be a 5 star across the board.
