I enjoy both shopping in store and online. Each presents its own benefits and both are great experiences. The online option to pay with PayPal is the best! Shipping is always fast and easy, I usually choose in store pickup in order to be able to review the product with a sales associate prior to leaving the store. Communication throughout the whole process is just great.

Knife that I received appeared used or at least box had been opened multiple times. It's a kershaw factory series and the blade came not centered, first close it scraped against the handle, and some weird metal flake around the thumb stud on kne side. Compared to my blur that I already had and due that it's a factory series it really disappointed me the condition in which it came.
