I specifically asked for an UNOPENED Box... And I got one opened, and missing spare parts for the knife. This is unacceptable and you're either going to replace it with a BRAND NEW UNOPENED BOX, or just return it. This was my first, and is looking like my last online purchase from this company.

Im glad you liked the product. The only message we have about the receipt was asking for an email and it does look like we sent one on Feb 28th, maybe the spam folder ate it? please reach out to service@houseofknives.ca and we can still get you a receipt though
