I experienced problems at the start but I realized that the emphasis was on my joining bandedge and I thought that I needed that to order a knife that was on sale and seemed to suit my present needs. I rea!ized that was wrong and now I am very pleased to think I might get my knife.

I was able to find the product I wanted easily but I had a very specific knife in mind, your website could use an update to make discoverability better. Also the tracking information is impossible to find I have absolutely no clue when my package will be here and I’ve looked through the emails you’ve sent me a couple times now. Still want to support your business but you have some things you could definitely work on in my opinion.
