Great customer service from Liz, set up my account fast when I had problems. The site has the best selection of Kizer knives (my favorites) in Canada and shipping was fast. Very happy and waiting for another order to arrive and another Kizer knife to be back in stock.

Website was clear, easy to use. Checkout was spectacular. I got a confirmation of early shipment for my order not 20 minutes after placing it, and my projected delivery date is 72h after purchase - shipped from BC to Quebec.
Emails are clear and I feel completely taken care of.
Also the products are stellar but that’s not on you guys …. But your website might be as sharp as some of the gear you’re selling.
