Delivery was prompt. The only negative comment is that it took two days to find out when the knives were going to be delivered. I received confirmation of my order with minutes and the delivery date should have been included at that time.

Hey Junaid, thank you for sharing your experience. I can understand where you are coming from but to explain, as you made the order on a Friday, it wasn't packed until Monday. Without the packing slip being processed it would be difficult you give a delivery ETA. But I will certainly let the appropriate people know.
