Told my purchase was in and I could come pick it up. Drove to the location. The store was not open. Waited an hour, store did not open. Returned home and phoned, No answer. At this time I wasted a morning and I do not have my purchase, Very disappointed.

As for the product itself, I love my new CRKT Duality! Perfect size for an EDC, not assisted open but still able to easily open it with one hand. If you have Torx bits, the lanyard ring can be easily removed to convert this to a deep carry.

Went into the Kamloops location to purchase a Benchmade Bugout. I went to pay and my Visa was locked out after I miss-typed the pin. I asked if I could just go home and pay for it online. I was told I could, yes. I then asked how late they were open and was told 6pm. I told the clerk I would race home and I would be back, and he said okay. I picked instore pickup and I paid. I pulled up my receipt on my phone and drove back. The clerk told me he couldn't give me the knife I picked out, and that MY knife would be coming in about a week. He actually seemed to enjoy it. He made it seem like I could pick it up when I asked how late they were open. Frankly, I don't want to wait a week for an item in stock that I picked out. Will likely cancel when you guys open, and leave a one star warning about the staff attitude.
