I was looking for a particular kitchen product and found on House of Knives and wished to have shipped to a Montreal address. Once I selected the desired product and went through the billing and shipping process which was complicated by the shipping address being different from my Vancouver address I entered the order. I was contacted by Scarlet in service at House of Knives and she suggested I open an account and re enter the order as they do not ship to a hotel address. I opened an account and entered an office address and obtained a new order number. Scarlet cancelled my original order and confirmed that my new order was being processed and shipped. I found the service department helpful and easy to communicate with and am very pleased.

After being helped in the Park Royal location ,we purchased 2 Leatherman multi tools from the salesman and were directed to the website to get an additional 2 that were out of stock in the shop . Very helpful salesman followed by an easy to use website
