Ordering and shipping was quick and fairly easy. However, conditions for getting the $10 coupon for bandedge+ was not the clearest. Is it given after every purchase? Given in random interval? Once for new members only? At specific promotional times by House of Knives? But in any case, would order from you again.

Purchased the Civivi Pintail from HoK after comparing/researching a number of different folding knives from various makers and this one hit the mark. It has premium S35VN steel that is super sharp and micarta handle coming in at sub 3” blade, 3.94" closed, and 6.92" overall, making it a perfect EDC knife, weighting 2.76oz / 78.3g. It also has two way to open with flipper and blad studs. The ceramic bearings give it a real smooth action and styling is on point with a classic modern look. The purchase came quick, faster than expected, and was packaged nicely. I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend.

Overall it's ok, but I hope that the website could improve a bit. Not very convenient while checking the stats of each knife, and comparing to another while shopping. The checkout process was fast and easy to use thou.

1st time using the site and it was great. The site was simple to navigate and the ability to use PayPal instead of a credit card is so much better. I ordered the knife on Tues and I am holding it now on Friday! The knife itself, a Pilar 3 is an incredible knife with buttery smooth action. I have long been keen on your House. You do it right, even on the wrong side of town, when you have sometimes found yourselves there. Metrotown, though, (in my opinion) is the right right side of town. Janet is one of the sharpest salespeople you have in your knife drawer. Janet knows how to do it right on the right side of town! Mrs. Haramita can also filet fish so fresh and fast they don't even know that they have been filleted never mind caught. I think she qualifies to be on the cover of The Rolling Stone! (of course the wet stone). I would say this even without the bribe of $10! Incidentally though, for a few more dollars I will bring a Cohoe so Janet can demonstrate her deftness with a House Of Knives knife on a Kokanee. I have a question though! Do algorithms actually know what I have said here??????
