Ordered my nakiri knife, had it in 5 days or so and this store has become my go-to store. No issues whatsoever apart from the shipping box not having any packing material to keep the knife box from opening inside the shipping box. Luckily, no damage was done to my beautiful knife and all is well. This store is in Canada, I'm canadian and that works for me. Like I stated previously, I will be buying there again.

I tried to order some items online however I found the web order system not functioning as well as I was expecting, I contacted the office and left a message, and also called their local store hoping that maybe they can place the order for me but it was not possible. Send an e-mail to the office to which they replied fairly quickly but was not of much help, finally managed to place the order using my cell phone.
