The order went smoothly and was shipped quickly. Unfortunately the item was delivered to the wrong address although you had addressed the package properly. I did have difficulty tracking the knife and did not receive any feedback from you or the delivery company after several emails and phoning requesting help. I only discovered it’s whereabouts once the wrong recipient thoughtfully brought the package to our house. This may have been the result of a busy pre-Christmas period. The knife itself is terrific. Thanks.
