I have zero complaints about HOK. Service is exactly what you would expect from an online vendor. I have always received a prompt order confirmation that is followed by shipping notice that includes a tracking number. I have always gotten what I ordered with no drama to speak of. I would definitely recommend them as a trusted online source for knives.
