Process to order product is easy enough. Product comes as described. No real complaints. The free shipping could be a little faster but the other huge on line retailers have set a high bar on that.

The shipping was inconsistent one package came fine the next one needed a signature for some reason and I was unable to be home for that, no signature is best.

With FedEx we have had signature required on packages over a certain dollar value for fraud/theft protection but as you and others have identified this doesn't work for everyone. We are in the process of testing an alternative solution. Again, thanks for the feedback.
