Really unimpressdd with the service. They were unable to find the throwing knives i had ordered for my dad to pickup at the branch, and i ended up having to text him the online receipt with the price to show the clerks so they could locate the item. I was phoned that it was ready for pickup a couple of weeks ago, so I’d assume that this kind of thing wouldn’t happen, and I’m a little embarrased I had to show my dad the price of the item, and also ruin the surprise before it ended up in his hands.

I have been looking for the Zwilling - Pro 7" Chinese Chef's Cleaver in almost every store in Toronto. I didn't want to pay full price. After months of searching, I finally found this item at a ridiculously low price at House of Knives and had to get it. The knife arrived well packaged. The packaging of the item was also well persevered. I am truly a happy buyer and thank House of Knives for the awesome price I received.

The knife is great and no one else had it in stock. The store did not notify me when my package arrived though and I had to call repeatedly to receive the order.

Knives are great. Just one small suggestion: please don’t use “house of knives” labeled packing tape around Christmas time. It gives away the surprise upon delivery.

Got it quite fast, though maybe not as fast as Amazon. 3-4 business days. The knife I got, a carving knife, was regular $200 for $124. It is a great German knife made in Solinger and has maintained its razor edge even after a few weeks of regular use. No honing yet. Great for de-boning and carving.
