Bought a SOG machete online with an old points coupon that was going to expire and had it shipped to Metrotown. When it arrived I received a nice reminder call that it was there so I drove down a few days later. I wasn’t really sure where in the mall it was and because Metrotown is so huge I decided to call the store directly. On the phone I got really clear directions from Shaheel and when I arrived at the store he even rewrapped the machete in a more discreet bag. Awesome service!

If there is anything I wish House of Knives had, it would be an app. A House if Knives shopping app would be amazing!
