I was disappointed when I picked up my order in store. Many of the items had come on sale since my order but I was told I could not get an adjustment or return the order and re-purchase it in store, it had to be done online. This is very poor customer service and I left feeling unsatisfied. The items I purchased are good, I just think I should have been able to take advantage of the sale prices without having to go through the extra hassle of shipping the products back when I was in the store.

I was very impressed how quickly the product arrived at the store for pick up . And at least the staff know what to do with an Internet order unlike many other e-commerce retailers . I’m quite confused though about your loyalty program I’ve purchased four Items from there and for the life of me I can’t figure out what it’s about and I’m sure I could be saving money ( also there something about a free knife sharpening but I don’t know how that works either) I also work in the food beverage industry and I think you guys offer a discount but I don’t know how that works.
