I went to the Vancouver Granville St. Store on a few occasions over the past month, and I could not have had better service anywhere.
The three different staff of your team were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond answering my many question.
However, my online experience was somewhat cumbersome. Wanting to place a order was not smooth or organized. Your website would not direct me to a store for a pickup despite putting in my postal code correctly. It returned saying there where no stores in Vancouver, ie : a 20 mile radius, and I live five km from Granville store.
However the deal was good so I persisted and finally after a hour or so, I was able to get to a spot where I could select the store for pickup.
Regardless, your staff are great and very product aware so for that I am pleased.
