Great experience. Quality products. I phone in my orders rather than doing them online. Customer service is top notch.

Easy to navigate website makes buying online very convenient. I chose the in store pick up option and that was no fuss as well. They gave me a call and I popped in showed some Id and was out the door.
Great quality knives as well. Couldn't be happier with the product or service.

Online shopping was seamless and my order came really quickly. My only complaint was the warning to make sure your order hadn’t been tampered with before you open the box, but whoever shipped it reused an old box with cut security tape and just retakes it with clear tape? Kind of defeats the purpose.

The knives I ordered will be a gift to my wife. The ordering went as smoothly as it possibly could and the staff member I spoke to on the phone before I made my order gladly answered my questions and was extremely helpful. Her comments and advice made my mind up. The knives are beautiful and I'm sure my wife will very much enjoy them for many years. I gladly rate HofKnives a 5 out of 5.

I have been looking for an Oriental cleaver for some time. I’m no professional chef, but I definitely live by the maxim that having the right tools makes everything easier and better.

Specs for the knife (dimensions) were not made available. Made choosing which knife to purchase a little more difficult. Was not exactly the size I was looking for but I will manage.
Ease of ordering was easy. Timely shipment.
Thank you.
