The online experience purchasing from HOK is always clearly efficient and pleasantly professional. I remain a loyal customer after years of interaction with employees and various locations throughout the Lower Mainland. The quality of products is consistent and advice of staff is helpful. I look forward to future interactions.

The product with a discount and delivery was good. However the store did not have a person "trained" to sharpen knives. I found this odd to say the least. Ergo 4 stars.

The product I ordered from the website was the knife sharper from Work Sharp (M3) manual. The sharper works very well on my old knifes, some that have not been sharpened in 30+ years. I was able to use an old cheap cooks knife, after sharpening for slicing soft bread, I cut tomatoes paper thin just for the fun of it. Amazing!
The delivery was quick and on time, they take Pay Pal which is the only reason I used the website. Thanks
