I love these guys! I recently ordered a knife sharpener, a blade grinder attachment as well as some spare belts (which were showing as Out of Stock) I called to double check and not only did they find the belts I wanted, but they also 'price matched' one of my purchases. I ordered some stainless steel stemless wine glasses for use on the patio. I was somewhat miffed that the set of 4 did not list a size for the glasses but hoped that they would be 17 oz. like the glasses being sold on an individual basis. Luckily they are. My order was waiting for me in store in a very short time period and they phoned to confirm that it was ready for pickup. This process was seamless. I'm very pleased with the product and the service...I'll definitely go that route again when the need arises.

Everything arrived on time and well packaged. I just had one problem with a product I bought, True Utility eyeglass. The shaft for the hinge is held in place by tiny screws. On of the screws fell off and now I have a hand full of parts. There is nothing to hold the shaft in place. House of knives, great company. Beware of the product I mentioned.
