I ordered a straight razor for a birthday gift, and shortly after was sent an email that it had been delivered. It had been, but not to me. My order had been sent to Surrey (a far dry from Chilliwack) and in order for me to get the product in time for the birthday, I had to drive to Abbotsford to pick it up- not very convenient. While I did receive the product, the experience was not favourable and the chances of me buying from House of Knives again are slim to none.
