The default profile should work well for most, only really need to change if there is a specific problem or requirement that you have.

Good functionality, well suited to mass actions but less so for small scale, ongoing fixes.

Thanks Thomas, yes SongKong is designed for mass tagging many files consistently. Although yo can make manual and adhoc changes that is better done with the Jaikoz tool instead.

Slow for big libraries, can’t find many songs, especially if they are high red or dsd.

Hi Luca, for processing large libraries SongKong is a usually better bet.

It is not perfect and I could list the reasons if asked - but it has definitely saved a lot of time

Good software, had 53k songs on iTunes and moving to a new player found half the info missing. Took time but sorted now. Would advise working on a copy of originals, use auto find then manually do the ones it misses

Great software. Had a giant messy library and Songkong managed to tag and arrange most of it.

I've got the Melco version installed and it's brilliant, 27500 songs sorted... a bit scared to remove duplicate songs, but we'll give it a go on preview. Thanks for your support Paul

Hi. SongKong is a great addition to my Melco N1A mk2. Already allowed me to update and have a more homogeneous music library. But still unstable on my Melco, when updating some 10000+ tracks, end up crashing. Don’t know if it comes from the Melco or the software. Still, I do not regret my purchase.

The Jaikoz tool has given my CD collection a whole new life!! I love the 'spreadsheet' design that enables fast changes to a large number of tracks at once. Album art was the reason for shopping for a tool like this; you hit-it-out-of-the-park with this one!! Keep up the good work!!

Haven’t started using the newest version, and yet I already know it will match or exceed the excellence of the previous one.
