The information from sales person Mike was really useful as I had no experience (and was worried to be honest) of purchasing a product without trying it. Delivery was on time and the guys were great, cleaned up all the rubbish and gave us a demonstration on how to use the bed. All in all a really good experience, thanks Laybrook.

We found the company extremely helpful in assisting us in buying the right bed to suit our daughter. The engineer arrived early, did a fantastic job of putting the bed together in in a short time. As an MS sufferer I find it difficult to exit the bed, and despite the promise (from the salesman), of help in finding a steel bracket which you can attach to the bed, this was not forthcoming. I found the sort bracket from another, which whilst the design was ideal it did not fit the bed because of the depth of side panel.

Disappointing
As a regular Laybrook customer, who has recently secured another sale for Laybrook having recommended the company to my parents to replace their beds, we were very disappointed at the poor customer communication experienced.
Specific instructions given at point of sale by my parents was not followed causing anxiety & confusion. Also, our own replacement of mattresses displayed the same poor customer communication which caused both my husband & I unnecessary stress & frustration.
So, although I have recommended Laybrook on a number of occasions I now feel less inclined to do so. I hope you take on board my comments & improve your customer communication.
We will be looking for that improvement going forward, before making any more recommendations.

Found the estimating service on the website useful, but placed my order over the phone to ensure I'd interpreted the detail correctly. Used the removal service which meant nothing to worry about except watching the installation. I found the opportunity to choose a bespoke bed far more reassuring than other companies I contacted.
