We pre-booked our appointment and were given as much time as we needed. Towards the end, a second assistant came up and all our outstanding queries were answered. Having ordered, and now received my bed, I am very pleased with my purchase.
HOWEVER, we could not have been more emphatic about the problems that would be encountered in the narrow spiral staircase that the delivery men would have to face. BUT apart from a brief memo on the delivery-note, no warning had been given. When the engineer and his assistant arrived they had to strip the bed down completely into its component parts in order to get it upstairs; the factory should not have assembled the bed in the first place.

The delivery was professionally completed by a friendly driver; however, the mattress had a strong chemical odour.
Fortunately I was due to leave on holiday two days after receiving the mattress, otherwise I would not have been able to cope with the smell. It's chemical nature was also worrying as I didn't know what I was breathing in as I slept.
After returning from holiday the fumes have gone and I'm very happy with the comfort level of the mattress.
