snagged a complete motor as a spare for our bikes. Susan and I enjoy our Luna BBSHD kits on our Specialized Stumpjumper and Santa Cruz Heckler so much we want to have spares. Luna service is great with support and fast delivery.

best invest on bike for 2022

Best E Bike ever! Love the Ludicrous controller and the ability to make adjustments. Already have a few hundred miles and loving every ride more than any of my other bikes. Thank you Luna for making a wonderful E bike that doesn’t cost a fortune and is more fun than any bike I have ridden!

very nice tires

Love the seat looks great and feels great fast shipping to Ky

Wish it had a cable access at the other end of bag and maybe a few more grommet holes. Otherwise it fit really well on my bike and looks good. Thank you.

The display was so small on the original display that came with the X2, I couldn't read it. The 860C is great! Has all the info I need, and I can read it with no problem. Also, very easy to change settings.

Freaking awesome! I've ridden over 100 miles of steep Colorado trails and bike paths already. The BBSHD (HOT ROD) with the 52V/13.5AH Luna Wolf battery has surprising power.

I did open a trouble ticket with support with some battery conditioning questions and they got back with me within 24hrs. I wanted to make sure I was conditioning the battery correctly.

They also accepted a Mighty Mini 30T chainring, that didn't work with my build, for return.

I’ve had my Sur-Ron for about 5 months and I wish I would have just purchased at the same time. I highly recommend it makes a huge difference in comfort, I don’t feel the bars on my inner thighs. With so much more comfort I feel in seven more control!! Well worth the extra $$

Man, Luna is one hell of an outfit in my opinion. I received my Z1 about a week ago and have been dialing it in. This thing is amazing. Bike arrived in perfect condition - no scratches, all bolts properly torqued, everything working as it should. The only thing I had to do was adjust the derailleur and set everything up for my size and weight (6' 180 lbs - purchased the medium and fits great). Luna did a great job with recent video tutorials on everything I needed to get it set up and I much prefer that over a manual. Great power, agility, and balance. I really love this bike.

I'm pumped that Luna seems to listen to their customer base and improve things based on feedback. Example: there is flack around the forums about the white lettering of the Z1 Luna logo and I wasn't too thrilled about it either...well guess what, mine showed up with the gray logo like the X2 and I love it! I think that speaks volumes.

So far, I couldn't be happier. I'll modify it a bit to make it mine, but right out of the box it is damn near perfect. I cancelled an ebike order from a company that thought it was fine to take full payment and hold onto it for months without delivering a bike. Luna does it the right way and takes payment when the bike is ready to ship. I appreciate that a lot. Great communication throughout the purchase. You guys rock!

Great quality!

This is stronger than the Cane Creek. Would buy it again.

I'm impressed with my Sur ron, battery life and performance is great. I have taking it down rough deer trails in mountains no other vehicles have been on.

With a 28t chainring up front there isn’t much my fat bike can’t climb, it’s a great dirt bike alternative, but will be upgrading to the asi bac855 controller soon for more power.

Perfect fit and function.

The LUNA pro riser handlebars were awesome! I fit them on my Talaria Sting and made the bike that much more enjoyable to ride! Quality product at a fraction of the price of competitors (even with the duty fee for my fellow Canadians). I’m 6’ 2” and 200+ pounds for reference.

So before I even ordered my sur ron I probably messaged with 20 questions all answered fast and informative I got my bike within a week came perfect I’ve got a couple upgrade’s installed an a couple still waiting I love the products I get there all quality and affordable honestly so again thanks Luna for all the help and the great bike looking forward to more business.

Way more comfortable than what comes factory on the bike. I can't believe the price, it should be probably be double what they sell it for.

Great product, fast delivery, bike was well packaged and easy to put together, no complaints!

so powerful! I'm a chunky guy and it gets me going at a pretty good clip.
