High quality construction. Also , very good grip. Shipping and delivery was fast. Good job Luna.

The Sur Ron X is everything I'd hoped it would be and more. Fantastic bike, I ride it around our property pretty much daily. Battery seems to hold up well to my riding style, and the bike is comfortable and easy to use. On top of that shipping and delivery worked out great, and the bike was easy to assemble and prep for first ride!

Connectors are very well built. They seem extremely durable and not just thrown together. Also the ends of the wires are pre-tinned which is nice.

Excellent service, Charger arrived soon than expected.

I love my new Z1 medium frame as well as the X2 large frame previously purchased from Luna. I am disappointed with FEDEX. It took eight days from shipping date to deliver the bike four hundred and fifty miles to my home. And although no noticeable damage has been done to the bike, the shipping container looks like it was drug that four hundred and fifty miles. The bike itself, does have two issues. The pedals hit the ground and any obstacle protruding above on hard turns. The only other issue I have with my Z1 is the motor noise. Despite the issues, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Luna again. For those who think seeing is believing, I posted pictures on Facebook (Luna Z1 group) of the shipping container on the back of the FEDEX truck before taking delivery.

I received my X2 from Luna undamaged, however the container was damaged. I love the ebike, however it does have a couple issues. The battery cover rattled to the point of being very annoying. A few well placed strips of thick tape eliminated the problem. The derailleur is clunky and jumps sprocket occasionally...a problem that still exists after numerous feeble attempts to properly adjust. Also, there are two missing front fork screws missing. Nothing so wrong that I was unwilling to buy a new Z1 from Luna a few months later.

Two thumbs and two big toes up.

I'm a normal heavier dude with intermediate trail skills and wanted a trail-capable bike that did most of the work for me on climbs. Here's my impression of the Z1 after about 10 days and 65 miles of riding. Its climbing power, speed, agility and overall performance are superb on trails, including technical stuff. The range is shorter than hoped for but I’m not too surprised with the added power of the Bafang Ultra. I just keep an eye on the battery level and turn back home when I need to. I can do a 15-mile round trip that includes 2,000 feet of climbing with a little battery to spare at the end. On another 8-mile loop with 600 feet of climb I finished with 70% battery left. I go full throttle on really steep stuff and use assist level 2 (out of 5) for most of the rest of the rides. On a relatively flat paved ride I got 24 miles of range but with a strong headwind on the return. I may order another battery to carry with me for longer rides, for now I bring the charger when I know I can stop for lunch. Assembly was easy and I’ll likely swap out the pedal arms (they scrape occasionally) and handlebars (a little wider than I like). 62 pounds is heavy but I knew that when I bought it and the motor makes you forget that quickly. Bottom line – it’s a really fun bike that opens up trails I couldn’t do with a non-electric bike.

great

great

I am happy with the Luna float seat. It has more cushion and sits slightly higher than stock seat. It is also a very reasonable price. I only wish they offered more color choices of the stitching aside from the red.

I love my Sur Ron X! Arrived on my doorstep within a week. Easy to assemble. Tons of fun and extremely practical. I can load it in and out of my truckbed without a ramp. I can ride it to work on the trails and it's so quiet that no one is bothered by it. I now love my commute. Plus, I save money on gas! After one test drive my coworker was convinced to buy one too. Definitely the best purchase I have made in a long time!

My experience with Luna Cycle was great! Through internet searches and positive posts from the e-bike community I decided to purchase my Sur Ron X through Luna Cycle. They have great communication! I was amazed at how quickly they processed and shipped my order! This was my first "cargo shipped" item, but Luna Cycle has resources on their website on what to expect for the day your order arrives which was re-assuring.

Bike is excellent for the price. Upgraded suspension options for weight would be a good offer. The front brake line also keeps folding into the tire. Other than those issues, great starter bike.

runs very good i liked 😍

Wanted a charger that would allow me to charge my ebike to 80% and then shut off - this one does that perfectly and will allow me to go to 90 or 100% when needed.

Great replacement

A must have upgrade

Solid handle bars and a lot stronger then stock

Easy, quick efficient. Ordered my bike and got it in my hand 2weeks later. Shipping from California to DC. Love the bike so far and all is good.
