product looks good fits nice

I grew up riding dirt bikes, all 4 strokes. I have a close friend that bought this in April of 2021 and pressed me to buy it. At the time I was looking at the crf450. I met up with him, rode the bike for about 15 minutes then went home about bought it. I would compare this to about a 110cc 2 stroke. The torque is unbelievable for what you would think from an electric motor. After riding 4 strokes my whole life this takes some getting used to, but the benefits outweigh getting another gas powered bike. If you're like me and are used to combustion bikes, you'll want to program yours to operate the same as a gas bike, it comes with a program cable but you'll need to look up the codes, the bike doesn't come with instructions.

best bike ever

too much fun

Needed this bad cuz the stock one fell out. Quick shipping and now I'm back on the bike! MAHALO!

Luna cycle is the best! Any problems or questions these guys are right there for you. I definitely recommend luna cycle there great thanks!!

Expectations exceeded

Looks Great! Embroidery is straight and centered. Much more comfortable than the stock seat. Easy installation.

Seat is awesome! Makes longer rides a lot more enjoyable!

In my review of this chainring I am hopeful that I can help builders of vintage MTBs. In my case a 1986 specialized rock hopper. With my purchase of the bbshd motor I also ordered the 33t mighty mini wanting low end torque and power. Unfortunately this chainring only allowed me to 4th & 5th gear . Shifting into lower gear's sent the chain into the motor housing keep in see mind this is an old school bike with a 5 speed (freewheel) not (cassette) with 10 or 11 speeds. It would not work for my build limiting me to only to 2 cogs on the freewheel. My bad!!. That's how a DIY build go's so I ordered the 48t eclipse chainring problem solved. It sent the chainline straight down the center of the freewheel perfect allowing me access to all 5 speeds. This chainring is of superior quality. As well as the 33t mighty mini I think I will frame that and hang it on the wall as art. Make no mistake luna kicks ass. 🇺🇸💪👍❤️

It’s a beautiful thing to look at, but haven’t been able to install as it didn’t come with extra links for chain which was disappointing. I really didn’t want to have to buy complete new chain, so until the extra links become available it’s wall art.

Quick replacement for a rookie mistake.

Love the extra power for riding tight woods.

I loved my X1 Enduro and the team at Luna Cycles couldn't of been kinder and helpful. I stopped in and had my X1 upgraded to Ludicrous while I had lunch and I can't be more thankful to Ashley, Ramsey and Special thanks to Kyle for making it happen! Unfortunately my bike was stolen yesterday by a Lyft driver and it had all the bells and whistles :( The police were not very helpful although it's still early I guess. Haven't been so sad since I can remember. Guard your bikes people as there are some real worthless piles of trash dressed like humans stealing bikes with no care for anything but themselves. I still can't believe this bull$h!t!

Pissa pissa pissa ( which means Awesome, in Boston) this bike is worth a lot more!, it’s great, basically needs nothing , upgrades are fully optional: I will NOT be changing the perfectly good belt primary. I will be putting in a headlight switch. I disconnected the rear brake motor cutout switch so I can do wheelies better. I put on a foot peg brace ( not sure it’s necessary, but cheap enough. I put 2” riser handlebars from Luna which I like a lot. I put a thick plastic skid plate , but the one it comes with is absolutely fine!. I put in an extended rear fender which I really like. But this thing is fantastic really needs nothing out of the box. The Luna steel primary kit is garbage I threw it out!

Great bars, a little long but I cut them with my pipe cutter, the 2” rise definitely helps me fit my Sur-Ron!

The combination of the Bafang BBSHD Mid-Drive Ebike Kit, the 52v Luna DireWolf 21ah Ebike Battery and Rohloff Speedhub has elevated my riding experience from great to exceptional. The outstanding customer service provided by Luna enabled me to spec/build the perfect bike for all riding conditions. I installed everything on my Bacchetta Bella (two-wheel recumbent, ovalized aluminum, 72-inch wheelbase frame). Additionally, I installed the Luna 130bcd Spider chainring adapter, which would allow for future drivetrain options. Combine total weight of bike with battery installed is 85lbs. I have completed numerous 50+ miles rides (speed 18-23 mph) with over 30% battery life remaining. These rides consisted of varying terrain elevation, road, and weather conditions. I even completed a 110-mile ride, with a total ride weight of 340lbs. The battery and the BBSHD didn’t miss a beat. I have configured my pedal-assist to the 0-9 level range. My normal ride setting is 3 or 4. With the Rohloff Speedhub, anything higher is overkill. Now when I show up for group rides, everyone wants me to pull. I’m the perfect draft and lead-out rider (if they can keep up). Welcome to the future of cycling!!!

Another quality product from Luna! Fit and finish are perfect. Much better protection than stock.
