This battery bag is easer to install then the Velcro bags and looks better on your bike as it doesn’t cover up your lettering, in my case my RadRover bike, I had to get bigger zip ties then what came with it, but no big deal.

Bike met expectations. Good build quality, alot of fun. Only negative I would say was did not come with any information about caring and maintaining the battery to get optimum life out of it(like max percentage to charge at and minimum percentage to discharge to etc). But everything else is great

Great quality with endless upgrade options! The Sur Ron is great as a stock vehicle, but also very easy and affordable to upgrade to better fit your needs and wants. At checkout, it was estimated to ship mid-June, but to my surprise I received tracking info early May and the bike delivered shortly after that. I've only ridden around town so far and it's a blast. Can't wait to get it up to the Rocky Mountain trails! I initially learned about this bike from Explorer Steve, which then led me to watching many hours of Dillion's videos.

Excellent upgrade to the stock cranks!

We have had our Sur-ron x for about 3 weeks so far. It is primarily my wife's bike. She absolutely loves it. We road about 200 miles single track, 2 track, and fire roads in the mountains of Idaho last week. She was able to tackle terrain and obstacles that she would never even if attempted on her crf250l. It made dirt biking such a better experience for her, mainly she loves the weight and size of the Sur-ron. All she did was smile all day long. We did 38 miles one day and she had 15% battery remaining when we got back to camp. We did another day of 32 miles with lots of long steep climbs and descents, and finished with 9% battery left. She is about 5'6" and 155lbs. Every thing is stock so far except pro taper 3 inch bars. I have put some time on the bike and it puts a smile on my face as well. I am 6'2" and 270lbs for reference. It pulls me around just fine. I have road some single track and played around on it a bit and it is just a fun machine, it's size and weight are just so confidence inspiring. I have not done a full day on it yet to see what the range difference would be yet, I assume it would be significant fewer miles, but can not say that definitely yet. At some point this summer I will do a range test on similar terrain to find out. I will say it is a bit on the small side of me, but not tiny. Just definitely not as comfortable as my drz400e. I would injoy a slightly larger more powerful version to be my primary bike. But I promise you it has smile factor to it that is hard to quality no matter what your size is. My 9 year old son has also ridden it a bit and thinks it is pretty cool. Still just a little too big for him, but manageable. He is a large 9 year old, built like me as kid, 4'9" and 100lbs and very athletic. The only short coming we have found so far is water crossing. I road it through a deep creek crossing probably about 30 inches deep. Up over the motor for sure, but not deep enough to cover the top of the battery. It made it through but about 100 yards after crossing the Sur-ron just lost drive power. Not sure what actually killed it, I tore it apart on the trail opened all the connectors I could get to behind the controller, took the battery out and left everything in the sun for about an hour and took a beer brake. Put it back together and we where off and running. I then proceeded to carry it across any further deep crossings, and tried on to the front rack of my son's atv for 2 big and long crossings. On that particular day we had 9 crossings one of which was about 75 yards of the trail being under about 1 foot of water. So if this is the kind of riding you do might be something to consider. Overall we love the Sur-ron, 5 stars so far. Only thing we can't comment on is long term durability. If you are on the fence, I say buy one. I hope they come out with a slightly larger version some day and I will ditch my 4 stroke and be all in myself. Oh and bonus for Luna, they said mid June delivery and it showed up mid May.

Very happy with the kit so far, I tow my Son around all of the time behind be me on his copilot, and it has no problems at all. My bike is a Mongoose Deception frame, I’ve upgraded to hydraulic disk brakes from mechanical so far to deal with the speed and weight. The kit is paired with a 52 volt Luna 17ah battery, which also has been performing really well. I’m 260lb, and my Son is 57lb, and have a blast with this set-up.

This was a great upgrade for the Surron to go along with my new DVO front fork. Perfect for hitting those big roots in the trails! Headset is solid, recommend it for anyone looking to upgrade their front fork.

I spent weeks researching online for the right ebike for me. My criteria was it had to be below 40 lbs. , not look like an ebike, easy to ride, and easy to maintain. I had almost given up when I came across the Luna Fixed Stealth. At $1700.00, what a bargain! I read reviews and watched reviews on YouTube . I was convinced that this is the one for me and haven’t been sorry. I can’t say how much I love this bike. It was relatively easy to assemble and after my first ride with a friend (he couldn’t believe it was an ebike)I was hooked.

I have installed the Luna Cycle BBSHD on my ICE TRICE trike. I also installed the LUDICROUS STEEL GEAR to replace the nylon gear. My trike is an absolute joy to ride, the motor hums like a Singer machine, smooth an torquey and cool. I run a 72v setup running at 60amps and driving a Shimano Aldine 11spd internal hub…. Will send pics and upload a video in due course

I love this bike! No problems since I removed it from the box. A couple things others mentioned: magnet for speedo fell off, having trouble finding a rack for the bike, no mounts available on the frame.

All high quality parts including batteries and service has been great over the years in dealing with them.
