I love them very much its look very unique

Its pretty strong I painted black to match the battery

Excellent product for combining 2 like batteries for extending your range

Great looking eMTB with good components in a competitive price. I've had my X1 for a month now and have taken it to long epic rides in the local trails. Everything about the bike functions well with one slight drawback.

I'm a little disappointed with loss of assist power when the battery power drops below 20%. I was about 20 miles into the XC trails using just mostly level 3 on the assist mode.
I'm not sure if it's an isolated case with mine but comparing it to my other friend's Specialized Levo and the new Nduro Haibike, their bikes does not suffer the same issue. I was on my last 2 miles going up hill at less than 20% battery life when my bike feels very heavy even while set at 5 which is the maximum for non-ludicrous motors. It feels like only at level 0-1 assist and definately not even close to 2-5 levels. At that point the throttle doesn't even move the bike at all uphill. Basically making it useless even if battery isnt completely drained yet. I wonder if this is a software setting done by the company to prevent severe battery drain when it get doen below 20%. It is really my only disappointment with the bike so far.

After fully charging to 100% ofcourse the normal power assist is back. Only when battery goes down to 15-20% is when I experienced not getting anymore pedal assist. You can also forget about the throttle from that point on.

So far so good

All was fine. I just had some issues to make the payment but finally it looks like the problem was my pc. I have done several hours in the SUR RON is so much fun.

A blast! Super quiet! Love it!

Luna is a great resource for suron x in the states. They cancelled a order for a whole bike that i impulse bought haha. Buy my parts from them

Some items, did come broken but LUNA support was quick to solve the issues.

Awesome product I highly recommend anyone to get this for their e bike experience. I was influenced to buy surron from dillion Thompson I saw his YouTube videos and instantly knew thats what I wanted. Thank you luna for being so helpful and speedy on the delivery.

Luna rocks

Wonderful Customer Service!

Cheap charger for what it does. Will save my battery from wear and tear, and charge faster in the off chance I need it.

Big improvement of my recumbent trike chainline, and classy looking as well.

Great motor, and I'm very glad that I bought from Luna. Their customer support was solid, and I like what they contribute to the ebike community.

I had some issues that required an adapter to allow me to use the Luna Charger. Luna support assisted in identifying the required adapter and supply sources. It took some time to finally be able to use the charger but when I finally got a good adapter (from China) it did everything that I had hoped for. An excellent charger and superior support are a great combination.

Had an issue with my bbshd coming loose on rides and this doodad fixed the problem 100%. Thank you, Luna!!!

The Luna 36t chainring is the missing piece I needed to get my e-mountain bike to where I wanted it. I ride mostly singletrack and use it for deer hunting. It now has the torque to get me over the steep hills I couldn't quite get over all summer, except now with 40 pounds of hunting equipment on my back! I've dragged a 100 pound deer out of the woods with ease and I'm confident that I'll be able to drag a much bigger deer! I haven't tested how it affected my top speed, but for the riding I do it won't matter much, if at all. I have a feeling I'll get better range from my battery since the motor doesn't have to work as hard to do the job, but I haven't had a chance to test that yet either. Thank you, Luna!

I really like the twist grip throttle. The action, sensitivity and response are great in all conditions that I ride. I use 2 of them. One on a BBSHD with a Wolf 52v battery the other on a BBSHD with a Luna custom 50/80amp 52v battery both on full suspension downhill bikes. Super fun like riding mini motorcycles. Highly recommended.

Break pads and tires are the first to upgrade other then that it’s race ready out the box for a few long rides
