Getting the Sur Ron was super easy. Shipping was pretty quick and easy to track, especially given the COVID shipping environment. I got my bike in a week or so.
Imagine a Tesla, MX bike and MTB had a love child. This is the Sur Ron.

So glad I went with the stainless look instead of the black look. Really stands out. High quality!

I already bent the factory aluminum bash guard on something. Didn't even know it until I pulled it off. The new Luna SS guard is MUCH heaver and stronger than the factory one. I have no doubt it will do a much better job of protecting the motor. Install was straightforward and quick. Took maybe 10 minutes. Fit was perfect as well.

Thanks Luna!

Luna tees are the most comfy!!! Highly recommeded!!

Fast shipping and good product. Replaced my headset bearings feels like new

Ordered these while installing the bafang hd on my trek x-caliber 8 mtb. It was good that I did as I used almost every part included in this kit. What an assist package for my install. If you encounter clearance and dor chain alignment issues this is the kit that will help you out.

Great charger. I highly recommend this charger to charge your battery from the output contacts to restore a problematic battery.

Such a fun bike, WELL worth the money with great components!

The kit was such a pain to put together. I did my research ahead of time and am mechanically inclined but the process was unnecessarily complex and I did not appreciate Luna's attitude telling me it was my fault for not doing my homework. Some examples: the M5 screws provided for the Y shaped motor mounting bracket didn't fit and I had to drill the holes wider. On the same mounting bracket, the 2 holes didn't align with the holes in the motor so I had to file off a corner of the bracket. The washers provided as spacers don't fit around the screw (they hit the motor) and had to be filed by hand. The battery and motor that I purchased as part of the same kit required me to crimp connectors in order to connect them together. I bought a freaking kit so that I didn't have to deal with all this nonsense. I'm willing to put in the work to build it myself but Luna's kit was unnecessarily frustrating. They need to think hard about how to make it more user friendly and about their attitude - the attitude in the forums and on chat was elitist and snobbish and disdained helping anyone who just wanted a good electric bike without the valley of suffering in the middle. The finished bike is great but I would absolutely not do the conversion again.

Great I recieved all my parts on time!

Small battery with great power thanks again Luna Cycle for selling me 2 batteries

Awesome product very pleased I have 2 now!
Loving the use Im getting out of them thank you, Luna Cycle.

This is a very high quality eBike charger with great features. A great bargain at the price.

Massive torque! Luna has it dialed in

Works great, definitely order the spacer.

Rims are fantastic set up tubeless was a cinch order was easy highly recommended

Nicely finished and good boost on the bottom!

Great sprocket, good balance between acceleration and top speed. I was topping out at 52mph on the stock 48 and now hit 48mph but accelerate quicker. Plus doing wheelies are much easier now then with stock. Great job Luna as always!

Great little pump for emergency purposes have it on my bike and the price is unbeatable!

Got the conversion kit because I upgraded my bike with the 72 volt battery and the bac 8000 and with all this power I didn't want to snap the stock belt drive off...so for the price Luna offer's this kit it's a no brainer!
