X1 Enduro EBIKE
Awesome Bike @ an Awesome Price
I have read a lot of reviews on this bike and am now a proud owner of 7days and 100 miles.
Dollar for dollar this bike is unbeatable. I had a few little issues that Luna was amazing about helping me sort through! But all in all as promised.
The pedal assist power is the best I have ridden. Some people have commented that it’s not liner or smooth. I personally disagree with that, it’s an enduro bike that lends assist the harder you peddle. For me it attacks the terrain perfectly.
Suspension when dialed in to your weight and riding style is very very good.
Keep up the good work Luna, can’t wait for your next build!

Replacement Surron Harness
Surron Does a great job with using quality "waterproof" connectors. My only complaint thus far has been the cloth tape wrap. It is of a low quality, there are much better tapes out there. However I only noticed this after removing and modifying a surron harness.

Sur-Ron Replacement Speed Adjustment Controller
Easy to mount and plug and play. Used with an ASI controller on a jetski build. As always, very quick shipping from Luna. You get what you pay for and with them it is great customer service and responsiveness. Dealing with the surge in bike component demand has proven difficult for some retailers that have "bitten off too much".
Luna seems to have it down and has been steadfast through the pandemic thus far.
Thanks Luna

Luna Fat Galaxy Ebike (Galaxy Paint)
Seriously amazing fun. Way better than I even expected. I knew ahead of time that buying from Luna means you sign on for repairs and tweaks and to be honest that has been part of the fun. Just getting to know the bike. I had a minor shipping issue that Luna more than took care of. And other than that and one broken chain it has been one of the best bang for the buck purchases I’ve EVER made. Everyone that rides it comes back with a huge smile on their face. I’ve lost 8 pounds in a month and my mental health has definitely improved. I have around 250 miles on it. I usually ride 20 miles at least 3 times a week. Battery shows I used about 40%. Anyway if you can afford it don’t even think twice. The KHS bike is awesome too. I’m currently buildings a second mountain wheel set using some framed 27.5 plus wheels I got dirt cheap.

Surron Chain Guard
Excellent customer service for a client who is overseas. Due to COVID-19, flexibility is a must. Delivery took a bit longer than expected. All parts and hardware complete as advertised. Thumbs Up!

Luna Suede Half Hand Grips *
Grips have a fit and finish of a very high quality. They are just a tad larger than others I have of similar style and that could be a great bonus to anyone with larger hands. These are the only half twist throttle style match I could find on my entire internet search other than a cheaper plastic/rubber complete throttle set I found. These are far better quality.

Bafang Replacement Speedo & Magnet
Bought a speed magnet and mount for the Bafang Ultra to carry as a backup when out on my eMTB
Luna price was less than half of Bafang USA price and they didn’t have it in stock.
I put my email into Luna’s shopping system and was informed that it had come in.
That system worked great
