Definitely smooths out the bumps on my hard tail converted ebike!

Great upgrade if your going to be bashing through the rocks or woods.

Products were as shown and of good quality. Shipping was as expected.

This baby can double the life of my lithium ion battery...what's not to like?

No complaints. Does exactly what you want it to, and definitely easier to place on the left side where there's more room (than the throttle that comes with the BBSHD).

amazing !!!!

I like this charger a lot! I have too many eBikes and the control over the level of battery charge is important. Cutting the charge time in half is a win too!

Quick ship and great customer care. Really a quality organization in my opinion.

The charger works great. It is nice to have the option to charge to 80, 90 or 100 percent. The number of recharge cycles should be increased by charging the battery less than 100%.

There was a lost shipment and Luna Cycle took care of it right away.
The product works very well. Make sure you tighten the grip well.

Luna folding bike is incredible. Brand new in Aug 2020. I can't believe they don't have a thousand back orders on this bike. Really fast and smooth. Throttle only I've had it to 33mph at 185lbs. Steep hills on level 5 assist are nothing. Cruising on levels 1 or 2 is all you need. Battery lasts forever. I've had two charges and over 100 miles so far. Added a more comfortable seat cover and rear view mirror in the grip end. Only minor issue is the inaccuracy of the speedo, but I guess that's normal. Bike says 43mph when it's really 33 on my phone speedometer app. So much fun!

Fit my Sur Ron perfect. I have the Magura MT5 set up. Luna cycle is a great company, they always answer my questions quickly etc. My orders get shipped out in a timely manner. 👍🏼

Very satisfied. Excellent product

Don't get left high and dry stay in the game

Spot on, Again!

The LUNA Full Color Display 860c arrived on time and was easy to install. My only complaint was that it doesn't come with a manual. Customer service sent a link to a random user's YouTube video. The 860c differs from the Bafang 850 and deserves its own instruction manual. If Luna really wants to have their very own display they should follow through with the details.

Good product arrived on time.

Hi.
Replaced grease in the engine and replaced the gasket. The motor runs much sailent!

this gasket fits the BBSHD perfectly for a water tight seal
don't mess around trying to re-use the old gasket its not worth the trouble

So much fun! If you like fun, get one. Great bike from great people who obviously love biking. You might look at this as a “budget bike” at first glance and without being able to see and test in person but it’s not. It doesn’t quite have the fine details in the finish of a Levo that costs twice as much but it’s actually really nice, well balanced, more powerful and more customizable. In person, I think it’s the best looking e-mountain bike. It’s great riding from home to the trails. I have about 200 miles on trails around Phoenix and it’s climbed everything and handled like a true enduro even carrying my somewhat portly self around. Suspension and wide tires work great on the rough, loose trails here. The power isn’t in the motorcycle range, I feel some people new to e-biking aren’t sure what to expect and the haters label all powerful e-bikes as excessive. It’s not destroying trails or throwing a roost but it will pull you up a mountain with smooth but strong power that you can dial in to still get the workout and feeling of mountain biking. I’ve ridden 8 miles to Papago, 10 miles around there and behind the Phoenix zoo, then back home and still had a claimed 20 mile range. I haven’t pushed the range to the limit and my tuckus can’t really handle much more than about 30 miles a day. She seems to top out at just over 20mph with the factory gearing. Last week, rather than wait at Mayo Clinic for a couple hours, I rode Cave Creek area. It was 116 and I think that was pushing the extremes as the motor cut to lesser power, which is great to have as a safety measure but just a heads up for anyone acclimated to Phoenix weather and still wanting to be outside. My crank arm came loose on a ride because I was missing or lost the crank bolt. The jerks at my former LBS were rude, I guess because I didn’t buy from them, I don’t know. The guys at Landis in Tempe have been awful the last several times and I don’t plan on going back. Anyhoo, Luna customer service is fantastic and they actually seem happy to help. They were just as supportive a couple years back when I had a Sondors bike. I’d definitely recommend the X1 or whichever Luna bike ales ya. Product quality and customer service are top notch, even better than expected.
