Bafang BBS02 Mid Drive eBike KIT
My BBS02 is efficient, lightweight, compact, versatile and speedy. 44T CR fits my bike and operates fine through 9 speeds. The sturdy good looking blue full throttle requires practice to build up a skill level. Hydro brake sensors, spedo, and new design color display installed and operate as expected. All my questions were answered by email or study of the online articles in your forum. The Luna Wolf Battery seems to me the best in the world. Total Satisfaction for what I wanted to build, a lightweight, subtle and good looking, fast e-Bike.

Easy install, even though I've never worked on bikes before. It's completely changed my cargo bike and it has amazing upgrade potential.

CHARGERS: LUNA ADVANCED - 52V
The 52V Advanced Charger is awesome! It is dead simple to switch from charging at different current levels and charge percentages. I love being able to slow charge my packs up to 80% after riding and then quick charging to 100% just before riding. No other charger makes this so easy.

Bafang BBSHD Mid Drive Ebike Kit
The BBSHD is great and I love it. It took a few tweaks and spacers to fit it to my Giant Seven frame but nothing too difficult as I am a decent home mechanic. I am waiting on Luna to get their Eclipse 42t chainring and face in polished aluminum (or blue). I need the extra offset that the Luna Eclipse Chainring provides as I had to add spacers to the bottom bracket on the drive side because of that big gear housing that was initially hitting my chainstay. I am using the 500c display which is awesome and a left half-twist throttle with the shift sensor. I also added the stabilizer after the unit loosened and moved upwards on my second ride. My advice; get the stabilizer as you don't want to have your motor come loose and start to move when you are miles from home. The pedal assist is great and the shift sensor really makes the shifts smooth and trouble free. This is way better than buying a prebuilt e-bike with a rear hub motor and cheap components.

BBSHD Clutch
these things are... well.... CLUTCH!
Good to have two of these on hand just in case because they can occasionally deteriorate.
They are extremely simple to install into your bbshd.

X1 Enduro EBIKE
I love my bike so much, it is one of the best purchase i have made. it is everything i look for within a all trail bike. on the trail i have no competition up and down hill. i use it to commute as well, i hardly use the throttle for riding this bike it is so easy riding, even riding with out the motor engage it feel like any other bikes. putting it in the 2nd or 3rd mode makes me go so fast it amuse me, i have had e-bike before but there is nothing like my Luna-x1.
note- this is a true and honest report of my experience with my 2000w lunax1 ebike

Luna One BBSHD 36 Tooth Chainring
Awesome upgrade if you’re looking for more torque. Only reason I gave it a 4 is chain line. Maybe somewhat unfair rating but you will lose a gear or two depending on your cassette. That being said, you will get definite increase in climbing ability.

IT'S ALL GOOD...
- shipping could be faster
- on site technical assistance would be a plus
- someone to actually answer the phone would be nice

CHARGERS: LUNA ADVANCED - 36V
I like it. I like the knobs for level of charging (80%, 90%, 100%) and for speed of charging (1,2,3,4,5 amps). I have had it for two months and it is working fine.

SUR-RON / TALARIA PARTS: CNC SPROCKET - 58T
I feel the 58T is dialed in for my weight and riding style. The sprocket is top quality and the service is always tops as well. Of the four sprockets I’ve used this is by far my favorite.

PF-41 adapter for Pressfit bottom brackets
This was EXACTLY what I needed for my 2019 Giant Trance 2 conversion. The adapters tapped into place firmly but easily, so that the BBSHD motor would fit.

My conversion of a 2019 Giant Trance 2 full suspension mountain/trail bike went very well. The end result is a rocket ship, that performs well beyond my expectations in terms of comfort, power, and handling.

Cyclone Mid Drive 3000 watt Planetary Ebike KIT
Possibly a little too much torque- most bike components don’t seem to be durable enough for this many watts. My build utilized a 72v battery and I think I will me going down to 48V. Don’t get me wrong, it’s an awesome feeling to pull a wheelie-even at speed-but now the 24 tooth chainring is now bent and I will have to replace it.
One thing that puzzled me a bit was the purpose of the chain tensioner...for me, it only threw off my chain line...I took out a few links, and I haven’t had any issues with falling off the chainring. I’ll re-visit this if I do start having issues.
Has anybody considered making a chain guard that can cover the sprocket on the motor? If I had a 3D printer I would definitely try to make one so my shoe lace doesn’t get sucked into the gears.
Finally, I would re-iternate, this motor is loud. The BBS02 is essentially completely silent compared to this. So add this as a factor when comparing your options.
