you sent one red luna R-side and one lekkie -F blue

Loving my Luna products and the vast online product support. There’s no excuse to not get your e-project off the ground with the list of product and access to how-to articles through Luna

Awesome product reliable and has improved my battery charging to automatic. prolongs the life of the battery. Luna rocks!!!

Awesome

$25 for a pair is a steal, just get'em you will eventually need'em

A must-have if you fail to add Loctight to your DNM axle bolts

High quality pads make a really nice addition to a great machine!

The product is mostly what I expected, slightly underpowered, but I also drive a Tesla Model 3 and am use to a knock you back in your seat experience. Also, ride a YZ250F, but glad to be off of the heavy GAS GUZZLER! Quality of Sur Ron is awesome, could add a sheet to show what the extra pigtail is for the info to specifically up the speed by cutting the loop wire. My first ride on a rough track could have been better if I had understood how to soften the suspension. Looking forward to going back this weekend and getting some air!

Part fit perfect. Very easy to install. Pricing was very reasonable and shipping was surprisingly fast! Thanks Luna! I’ve really enjoyed my Surron X and I’m considering ordering 2 more for the family.

Luna cycle has been great. All my orders have been shipped in good shape. My ebike runs fantastic no problems.

Nice! Improved torque and chain line. Well made and good looking.

Very fast delivery, and quality product. I did not pay attention and ordered wrong one. They are very helpful.

I have the ludicrous version of this bike. The bike is powerful, and fun. I haven't taken the PAS more than halfway up the scale yet, so I might try dialing it down to 1000W if I ever get the programming cable. At 2500W max, I adjusted the PAS configuration to have all 9 levels for finer control at the lower assist levels, and I stay in levels 0-to-2 90% of the time, sometimes 3-4 for uphill, maybe 5-6 for extremely steep climbs. The groans coming out of the chain and drivetrain have discouraged me from going beyond that. I'm not getting the same mileage that other reviewers have reported. For me it's something like 20 miles with liberal use of the motor, and maybe 30 if I only use the motor for hills. I obtained a spare XT60 cap to protect the open charging port from water and mud. @Luna, it would be nice if this was included because it seems fairly obvious, especially on prebuilds with downward-facing batteries. A spare XT90 cap might be nice to have during cleaning. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Cute and perfect. When it came in it was pink. I checked and sure enough, I ordered a pink one. Must have been half asleep. Oh well, a black sharpie took care of that.

Although I have yet to be stopped while riding on the road, I believe this little sticker will at least help eliminate a ticket the first time I get stopped, if it ever happens. Well worth the minimal cost!

I recently put the Cyclone Mid Drive 3000 Watt Planetary ebike kit on my Specialized Hardrock 29er MTB bike. It wasn't my first ebike, but it was my first "build". My previous ebike experience was attaching a "push" trailer to my rear axle and running a throttle cable to the handle bars. The Cyclone kit proved to be a little more challenging, but easy enough. Everything bolted or zip tied on. After purchasing the Luna Cycle Ebike Tool Kit and the Cyclone kit, I had almost everything I needed to get the job done. I waited a long while for the 72v battery that I wanted and other items (3D cyclone mounting system, 60a bluetooth controller, Batt Man amp hour gage) to come back in stock, but later decided to go with what I had to get back on the road. So I found another 72v battery pack online, which works fine in my backpack. Put it all together and I'm off and running. Frankly I thought all the comments about how fast this motor is was exaggeration. But to be safe, I put new chains, cassette, disc brake pads and some 2.2 fat road slicks on the bike. Well, let me tell you, they weren't exaggerating. It's been a couple of weeks and I'm still trying to get used to the throttle control. You get no response for about a quarter of a turn, then it becomes very sensitive and wants to pull wheelies. I can hit 30 mph in 5th gear, no pedaling. Actually, with the torque this thing has, I no longer need to change gears. I've taken it to 40 mph a few times, but that's faster than I'm willing to crash at. I am very satisfied with this kit and Lunacycle.com.

It's a reasonably made tool, and the price is cheap. It's good when you're caught without the

I wish the shaft between the two rings was longer, so that it was easier to apply more torque to the four-notch lock-nut. That thing is built to take a lot of torque, and elsewhere on here Luna recommends 100lb/ft. This tool is kind of narrow and I don't really want to hit the other ring end with a hammer, so hit the shaft.

I'll buy the sockets when they're back in stock.

Amazing cutomer service, however, I've noticed the 68-100m bottom bracket for the cyclone mid drive system has the threaded cups in the ends backwards where the clockwaise threads should be on the left side of the bike's bottom bracket (non-drive side) and vice versa. Let me know if you guys correct this issue, thank you

I have no car at the moment and this bike makes up for it.

Had the wrong end on the charger, so on the forum it mentioned the only way was to re solder a t60 to the battery. Works fine now
