I really like the overall quality of the bag. It is solid and well put together. I mounted mine under my batter that connects to my down tube and I just had to make a few little holes in the bottom. Works great

Near perfect chain line with this chain ring even after using almost 10 mm worth of spacers. I first ordered the green ring but the color is very different from the picture on the website (the green ring looked exactly like the green sprocket, so more blueish than I expected). Exchanged it for the silver version and couldn't be happier.

Have almost 500 miles on my Sur Ron X. It is nothing but fun, from little rides around my neighborhood with my daughter to hitting trails with speed, it is just nothing but fun!

Awesome bike

Great battery. Potted and easy mounting. Like the simplicity of xt60 and xt90 connections

This is my third build using Luna Components and I couldn't be happier. Their batteries are absolutely the BEST and their version of the BBSHD rocks! This review is just for the harness extension, which I needed because my tandem trike is pretty long and I positioned the mid-drive further back. The harness works great and was easier than cutting and soldering the wires. Thanks to Luna for all they do.

This is my first e-bike. I bought it after wanting and researching for over a year. I had very high expectations, and this bike has met or exceeded every one.

easy to install, rns like a champ

it is not all good. this is my second motor kit the first has been flawless for 1500 miles, this one I received a defective thumb throttle but i had a spare and it worked when I contacted support they were suspicious and wanted video proof that it is defective.I felt that if they didn't believe me why would they believe an easily faked video so I just dropped it but i don't feel that I could recommend Luna cycle any more.

I love the sir ron its got awesome power for its size . Its more than exceeded my expectations .

Excellent product high at build

Great service

Good lightweight charger for on the go, I carry it in my backpack to work.

Got one as a back up and keep it in the tool kit in my backpack just in case cause you never know when you may need one.
Comes with extra lube and a few normal chain links as well.
Would highly recommend this purchase.

SUPER FUN!!!
If you plan to trail ride this bike you are going to have a blast.
On-time delivery and even received all accessories (shipped separately) the same day.
Bike went together super easy in just minutes.
Rode it 26 miles that same day I got it.
The range this thing offers has me more than confident that I can easily make a round trip anywhere in town and make it back home with lots of battery remaining.
The included smart battery charger makes recharging effortless and worry free. 3.5 hours to recharge as advertised.
Only reason to change anything would be to simply suit ones tastes as the bike comes well equipped right out of the box.
I had it 2 1/2 weeks and put 350 miles on it.
It’s an attention grabber for sure.
I’ve been wanting to take it down to RDM Sunday’s but it’s rained both Sundays so far that I’ve had it so I didn’t go but the next Sunday it’s NOT raining I’ll take it to the big show. lol
The bike has performed flawlessly.
Most my friends are way bigger than me and they all love it too. One friend has ridden it almost as much as I have.
I really can’t put to words how much fun ridding this bike is. I love it and would get another (R) in a heartbeat.
Luna was great too. Everything was exactly as advertised and everything i ordered showed up on time and as expected.
100% positive experience. I would not hesitate to purchase from Luna again in the future.

Great service.

I knew I could get what I needed at Luna cycle. I also knew it would be state of the art for my use, The programming cable worked flawlessly and my BBSHD is running as it should. My rides are more thrilling than ever and another home run for Luna Cycle.

Excellent experience. Packaging was perfect. Installation I found to be pretty straight forward. My first build and now my wife is Jones’n for an upgrade for her eBike.

the tool kit looks pretty good to me and very convenient with the carry case and the Luna team communications was great!

I purchased my BBSHD from Luna Cycle four years ago and this was the first item that needed replacement on my motor. It shipped lightning fast and was a quick install thanks to their instructional video.
