With Luna Bafang ultra motor my bicycle performance is incredible ; )

Fun project, ripping commuter.

What a great kit bbs02, 42tooth 52v . Customer service five stars. What a great company.

BBSHD on a Track Bike?!?

Am I Insane?!?

I have 2 Cyclone mid drive 3Kw with 52V batteries. dependable and fast. It tears up the trails and drive trains.
I have found that using a 9 speed long derailleur with 8 speed shifter and KMC 8 speed Z51 chain I can run 11/36 sprockets for 10 rides @ 90% charge. Then I throw away the 11T sprocket and chain and any other sprockets that are skipping. In 2 years of twice a week average trail riding I have worn out both of the one way clutches . For $300 I can't complain! From 30mph on a flat road to climbing steep switchbacks it's really fun . Not quite dirt bike riding but far more exciting than pedaling a MTB. My MTB took over 4 hours to ride up and down "the canyon". The Cyclone takes 1hour max to complete the same ride and I still get plenty of exercise.

Luna cycles has a great product line! Very easy to order off the drop down menu and plenty of tech blog links to help you decide what build is best suited for you. I had a few engineering issues to solve to make the kit work on a small framed Liv embolden but nothing too overwhelming. Quality components packaged safely and so far holding up to 30+ mike rides with no technical glitches. Would definitely recommend this kit for the guy who’s wife is sick of trying to catch up him on the trails and doesn’t want to ride anymore. Now with the Luna mid drive kit my wife smokes me leaving me in the dust and wants to ride every weekend!!!

Sikk bike with luna mid drive, Kinda my own creation the only one like it on fort myers beach.

This is my third season with the fat tire HD with a DPC-14 color display. I like the set up.
I ordered a kit for the Gravity and got the C965 display as the DPC-14 was not available.
I was sent a 5 button controller (not the one shown on the site) . It is not as ergonomic as the 3 button on my fat tire bike, and I could not get into the advanced menus.
The directions on the site were not even close to being right, especially for the 5 button control. There are 2 temperature settings also?
The password was not correct (per the Luna website) and after several e-mails to support I finally got into the advanced menu. During my disappointment , and several e-mails , I went ahead and ordered the current color display, even though the reviews weren't that great.
If you are going to order a kit, go the extra money for a color display. The contrast on the DPC-14 is the best in daylight of all controllers I have tried.
I hope Luna will notify you of any substitutions (3 button vs 5 button control etc.) and update there website to have the right directions.
I was disappointed with the lack of information regarding the C695 display.
They did offer 50% off the purchase of a new display, but I had already ordered a replacement.
I will continue to use Luna for my builds, but hope they bring back the DPC-14 display and update the information on their website.

Order a charger for my bike got it within 3days...

Luna Cycle has a great product and excellent service to go with it. My only regret is not buying from Luna Cycle earlier.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Luna. Even with the crazy growth they must be experiencing now, I've always felt important. I'm looking forward to giving them more of my money!

Well spring is finally here, the weather is nice and its time to take the insurance off of one car and ebike to work again. The spring overhaul...

This my second conversion, had to mount the battery on the top tube using rivet nuts.

I ordered quite a bit from Luna Cycle in the process of building my ebike from scratch. The descriptions on the items, the customer service was on point, and they had nearly everything I needed for my ebike build. I really appreciate Luna Cycle! Y'all rock!

Really enjoyed working with Luna. Great group of people building quality kits. I am going to buy again. Maybe next I will let Luna build the whole bike and super-charge it!

The best bs002 in the world.. Here in Italy this is just aliens stuff..
.. But I need the Hd now. I'm addicted with power.. and speed

Thank you Luna Cycles for helping me with this build. Third one so far. Too quality products from the people that know best.

I have purchased two full BBSHD kits with batteries. Both have exceeded my expectations. My wife and I are very happy with our ebikes.

My latest Luna order was for a 38t Luna chain ring, really nice fit and finish but I did black it out sorry. Real nice torque and climbing now.

Body float seat post make it a triple suspension, real nice.
