You guys did everything you said you would do and on time thanks

Very good price, local dealers have no dirt bikes at all in stock, and “maybe next year” when inquiring about electric dirt bikes, I doubt it. This arrived within 30 days!

I wish the sur-ron had a bit more power, some trouble in sand and uphill, I wish I could have ordered it with upgraded aftermarket BMC&battery because it’s a shame to throw out a brand new one just because it’s wee bit too weak for sandy hills. stock BMC and suspension is pretty amazing for the price.

I remember a couple years ago when I first saw a Sur-Ron. It look so fun and I wanted to get one but was skeptical of the size and durability of it. I am 6' and 200lbs and now that I have one.. I wish I had bought one back then. It is more fun than I could have imagined. I ride it everywhere.. even commuting on the train. My son is also riding it daily. It is only a couple weeks old and I have almost 300 miles on it. Great buy! Luna was awesome to deal with.. even with a backlog they shipped it sooner than they estimated and I was enjoying it within a few weeks from order.
Get one... you won't be dissapointed.

I bought the Sur Ron to ride with my son on his dirt bike. It is extremely fun to ride. I even take my little girls for rides around the neighborhood. Even my wife likes riding it. Assembly was pretty easy but I'd watched enough assembly videos. Arguably the best feature is its ability walk a fine line between bicycle and dirt bike allowing you to ride this places you'd never be allowed on a dirt bike and being able to travel distances and terrain I would want to try on bicycle. Luna Cycle was great to purchase from. Bike shipped sooner than expected. Box was a little beat up that seems to be the case with most FedEx freight deliveries. Bike was packaged well and in perfect shape. I did add Luna handle bar and seat. Now if Luna would only get the peg extenders and seat extender back in stock.

Nice product to extend the chain when changing from the stock 48 tooth rear sprocket to a 54 tooth rear sprocket. So far, it has held up well and I see no reason why it won't continue to work well.

The rise is perfect for my height (5' 6") so much more comfort when riding and I like how the both handle and look. Very happy with these handle bars.

I pre ordered and got the bike in 3 weeks. Set up was smooth. Bike is running good without any issues. I am 5’7’’ and the bike frame fits me pretty good, bike frame does run on the smaller side. So far the bike has met my expectations, I would recommend it.

Money well spent. Great little cruiser. Rides smooth, good pick up.

I have put 100 miles on my surron in the first month. This bike is every bit as fun as I hoped an more! Very reliable and the torque is insane!

Wonderful. Better than I expected. Light weight, easy to maneuver on trails, goes uphill like a boss, reasonably priced and easy to assemble. Would highly recommend.

Pre-ordered the surron x, and got it delivered in three weeks. I live on a farm and had 50 miles on the surron within a week. It performs great, and Luna cycle online was a smooth transaction. I tried to call and alter my order to add some more options to the bike and the salesman seemed less than enthused (seemingly annoyed) to be receiving my call when I’m trying to spend more money, maybe he was just having a bad day. Overall, the surron is awesome and delivery was fast, so still 5 stars.

The bike has been great. My only piece of constructive feedback is that the bike took off out of my hand when I was showing a friend. It did a back flip and broke the speedometer, horn and sport/recreation mode, piece on the left handle bar. Additionally, I do not recommend riding
the bike if the battery is at 15% or less. Overall, it's a fantastic bike!

My son loves it and rides it every day. It is worth every penny. He thinks everyone should buy one if they can.

Love the wrap keeps the all black look from afar but up close…wow!

This is my second charger from Luna.
People they make these charges in house high quality and usability are at the top of my list with this great charger.
Keep up the good work Luna.
You have a customer for life 👍👍👍👍

Very satisfied with the professional manner that the staff solved my doubts!... The hardware is working nicely...

Thank you Luna! Overall Great product! Will enjoy this for years to come .

Great charger! It automatically stops when it's supposed to, which is the feature I bought it for. I feel like it's a great value for the quality and features.

Purchased a 2022 Sur Ron X from Luna Cycle in late April of 2022 and so far, I'm more than pleased with my purchase. The bike is super fun in the tight, technical woods that I like to ride. Modifications to date include:
- Luna bash guard: great fit, stronger than stock. Looks great too!
- Luna seat: very comfortable but I'm wondering if it's actually too wide for my preference. At some point I'll switch back to the stock seat, just to compare. I suspect I'll miss the extra cushion in the Luna seat.
- Luna 2.5" rise handlebar. Better riding position and easier to transition from seated to standing.
- Warp-9 54 tooth rear sprocket. Better low end with some sacrifice in top speed (3-4 mph).
- Acerbis X-Factory hand guards. A necessity for woods riding. They are strong and seem to take a beating...but they are also quite heavy for what they are. Perhaps the steel bar will provide additional protection during a crash.
- GritShift peg brace. Stiffen up the foot peg area
- Gritshift direct mount riser stem. Noticeable improvement in rigidity up front. Much more positive feel between bars and front wheel.
- JFG Racing foot pegs. Much wider platform, very gripy and well made. So far, I'm very pleased with these.

Definitely a must-have if you go off-roading
