Much higher quality than the included charger. I would've bought this sooner if I had known about it. :)
@Luna > Offer this as an add-on on the same page. Worth it

My two week old Surron's throttle failed and wasn't covered under warrenty. Although I wasn't happy that I needed to buy a new one and install it myself, I was happy Luna carries the factory replacement part and sells it for a fair price. I also appreciated the quick shipping.

I needed a replacement charger. Luna cannot compete with Amazon when it comes to shipping times, but if you care about quality, Luna is worth the wait and the additional cost. If you want quality, Luna is the place to buy.

Love my new X2! Still breaking it in but am having loads of fun already. Will leave a more detailed review after putting in a month of work on the trails.
Since I am a local I had the luxury of visiting the Luna showroom in El Segundo. Had all of my decision questions answered. Placed the order the next day and received the bike three days later in SoCal. Great experience.

All your bike’s and service is unmatched (in my opinion), and the only reason I didn’t rate you a five is, pick up at your location. You moved since the last time I was there and you indicated your new location is around the corner but, with all the vegetation growth surrounding your building. I couldn’t see your address or Luna sign. Lot’s of driving around the block before locating!

Shipping was fast on Lina’s part. Every email I sent was responded to within 20 min. Excellent company to do business with. And the free shipping was just a bonus for me. Thank you

I have been wanting something to ride again as it has been about 15 years since I rode bmx/fmx. This bike is exactly what I needed. I wanted to be able to explore around and climb the hills and trails around me. I have only been on 2 rides, but this thing is amazing right out of the box. The quality is amazing. It’s very easy to assemble and work on in general. They really nailed it with this bike. Luna Cycle was amazing with their communication and shipping. Even with the holidays, it came very fast. Thanks again!!

Purchased as a gift for christmas. Bike shipped with a week even with light and battery upgrades and installation. Fed ex freight was seemless. Had to hide it out of sight for a few weeks because the shipping was so quick. Cannot beat Luna customer service and timeliness. He is loving the bike. Thanks Lua!

The Luna Cycle Team continues to impress with timely shipping and innovative products. I ordered a stabilizer bar that can be used to reinforce their
BBS02 and BBSHD mid-drive motor bottom bracket installations. Hopefully, I won't
experience bottom bracket hardware loosening issues from excessive vibrations.
An additional sweetener via discount coupon code made my total purchase even more
worth my while!
Happy trails and Holidays from the Biking Vikings Group.
