I feel Luna cycles is a good company with fair pricing and good treatment..
I ordered the advanced charger it arrived in a timely fashion but it was defective.
It took about a week with customer service to determine that it should be sent back and a new one shipped out.
I will review the charger after it arrives and I get a chance to use it

Purchased my Sur Ron from Luna and it was seamless. One month later I purchased the float seat, the bash guard and the sumo wheels. The Luna products are top notch quality and the sumo wheels are a nice upgrade if you ride primarily on the street. Will certainly make more purchases from Luna in the future.

My Surron X has been one of the funnest toys I’ve ever bought thing is great it’s fun stock the way it is but if you plan on doing more aggressive riding like hitting big jumps or hitting more aggressive dirtbike type trails you may need to upgrade some of the parts: better suspension brakes wheels direct mount stem. I was surprised how well it held up so far I’ve been riding it pretty hard I took it to several dirtbike pits and the best part is you can go ride all these trails and no one will hear you or complain. No big issues so far great bike👍
