After purchasing 2 other sprockets that claimed to correct offset issues with other company's, I got a luna eclipse 42t and it solved all my issues.

Product is great. Wish getting an adapter with a 5x2.5mm barrel for my Lectric XP bike battery was available from Luna.

I purchased a bbshd controller from Luna and it was here very quickly I'm very satisfied with their service. I haven't used the new controller yet but when my other parts arrive and I put the motor together I'm sure it will be outstanding. Because of their quick response to my order I would highly recommend Luna cycles.

I am more than happy to give tge Luna crew deseeved pats in the back. Customer and technical services are both very responsive, even when the website gets wonky. I had a recent issue with a defective display that I wish went quicker, but I threw them a curve on it by upgrading the display, and that slowed it down...

We were very happy with our entire experience. We ordered a bike online and they had it ready for pickup the same day. When I went to the shop to pick up the bike, everyone was helpful and they aided me in loading the bike into my car. They also set me up with some videos to assist with the assembly. We would definitely work with Luna when we get another bike on the future.
