This is changing my life. I'm still learning the finesse, but I've already RE-EDGED a few kitchen knives within the first day with the 320/600/ceramic tri-abrasive! (My knives were in really, Really, REALLY rough shape.) If I could make one suggestion, it would be to offer a tri-rod abrasive set as an accessory for deep recurves like a karambit. I see that a ceramic hone rod is available and I will be purchasing it in the future, but something like the 320/600/ceramic in a rod format would be something I would buy a million times.

I was able to clamp down on a small pocket knife and get it razor sharp, soft touch with more passes. The only limitation I have is with the base being too small and unweighted. I saw there is another upgrade where this is addressed but would like to have a more weighted base for the original.

Ok have been using the precision upgraded system and I can only have good comments about it, although the Bench top a sharpening Base had a Crack at the point where the Knife clamp attaches, now I think is time for me to buy some Tri-Brasive sharpening stones replacement, kindly please let me know about availability.

Its good, but has some limitations. It cannot sharpen smaller blades because the stone cant move past the clamp that holds the blade in place.

First use was excellent for the price. The life holder itself could use a support, to keep the blade angle from changing as you sharpen. There are add on and hacks online to improve this thing and allow you to use 6 inch and 4 inch stones. Even with those it's still cheaper then ta prof .

Ive always had a pocket knife or some type of knife around all my life. Just most recently I have gotten bitten by the knife collecting bug and now have several. I was talented with freehand sharpening on a whetstone but since Ive gotten older and dont get out much doing what I once did, I dont have much use for knives like I used to and I then just started using a pull through sharpener. I thought it was GOOD ENOUGH for what little use I was giving my knives. I have since bought this product and OMG the ease of use and results are astounding. Even with very little usage yet, Ive gotten my knives amazingly sharp. Some knives that I have picked up along the way that were completely beat from previous owners I was even able to bring them back to nice edges. Amazing product that with any previous knife sharpening knowledge will make you look like a pro with amazingly sharp knives in no time, Thanx for a great product!!! Could use some different abrasives tho besides that expensive add on kit. Maybe some options for single sharpening rods???

This sharpener is the best. You can get mirror shines on the edge. I sharpened a clever which took too long to to hone the first edge, soooo I have rigged up a pipe clamp system on the handle to hold a fine file. Works great! Wish there were more corarse choices to start but it just fine!!!

Got my Pro Precision Adjust sharpener yesterday. Had to pick the perfect "first knife." Decided on my pappy's old Cattaraugus 225Q. I've had that thing since about 1962, and I've sharpened it several times, but never got it decently sharp. Well, now it's really sharp! Went with 21 degrees, and used the clamp support, as the Cattaraugus is a big, fixed blade knife. I'm very happy with this sharpening tool.

Got my sharpener a week ago and I love it. Much better than the regular precision adjust sharpener. Now able to get the true angle on my blades. My only wish is that Work Sharp needs to provide a case like they did with the other one.
