Having this pendant is reassurance that if I need assistance when I am alone and do not have my phone or the ability to operate my phone for some reason, that I can still notify someone if I need help. I have unintentionally “tested” it twice when I inadvertently hit it while doing an activity and set off an alert. Each time one of your responders reached out within seconds to see if I needed help. This quick response was very reassuring. Each responder was so nice and let me know that my mistaken call was OK & not to worry about the accidental call. Many thanks to your kind and conscientious staff.

The button works well. However, the pendant cord was much too long, and I had to knot it to get it to the right length. Also, I was not told to save the old button for return. I had discarded it, and then received a mailer to return it.

Two observations:
1. The setup instructions entered on line were not followed though. I had to re-specify the call sequencing when we did the test.
