It knows where I am. I can now wear it in my house and I don’t have keep answering questions and waiting. I did like the old dial face for the time and being cable to use a second hand. Also the new watch lasts all day with out having to to put it on the cradle.

The transition between Hands Free Watch and Medical Care Alert was confusing because I kept getting email from both parties and they said that we would be paying same rate of $29.95 per month, but I see that I was charged 39.99 per month instead, and I was informed that there would not be a transition fee if I replied by a certain date. I called and left a voice message on the day of the expiration date and I was trying to avoid that. When I got a hold of Mecical Care Alert, the gentlemen I spoke to was very compassionate and he said he would check to see if I was right with the same rate. He confirmed this, but my card was still charged the full amount.
