I did not receive a watch from Medical Care Alert. I subscribed to your monitoring service when my previous service went out of business. I have had my watch for about two and a half years.
I noticed in the invoice, that was EMAILED to me, that it indicated that I was purchasing a watch. Because the final amount was the amount that I had agreed to for monitoring, I did not question the invoice.
For the last two and a half years I have been mostly satisfied with the watch. The fall detection is not as consistent as I would like. There have been false detections and absence of detection when I had a fall. My previous service adjusted the sensitivity a couple of times. To the best of my knowledge, it is currently set to the most sensitive setting.

The only experiences I've had with you are signing up ( people were nice), and calling the customer number to ensure my account was working (on hold for 3 minutes, no actual contact). I purchased it because of health issues and since I live alone it's good to have it available. I like to wear it at night, when going to the basement, it's on the rub edge when I take a shower, and I wear it when I go out to shovel snow. Peace of mind.
