I live alone as an 86 y.o. senior in a rural area of South Carolina and travel by automobile frequently within a range of 50 miles from home. T-Mobile has much better cellular service in SC than does AT&T so I needed a T-Mobile watch. Your wrist watch was the perfect choice since you offer coverage with both these carriers. So after I received the watch I set out to check your service. I travelled all over the 50 mile radius and used the Test feature on the watch which is very convenient. The watch connected every time over the entire area. It operates on cellular service from 4G and greater. The watch features are fabulous too. Heart rate, direct call to my family rep when I want, use the watch to call and ask any question like weather forcasts or distance between places etc., direct testing of service anywhere without bothering the call center is great, being able to choose a digit or analogue watch face and always seeing the battery level and current date is useful. Best watch I have ever used and I have had other competitor’s for 4 years before - so I can compare. There is no comparison! I added fall protection as well and when I travel out of the country (to Canada) you allow me to cancel service temporarily and restart the service without penalty simply by calling you. Your staff members (especially Debbie) are friendly and appear very compassionate and are helpful. All my questions (technical and personal) were fully answered. I can see where a family owned and operated company like yours that cares more about the customer than their bottomline is a great advantage compared to the large corporate ones who care more about the numbers of customers than the care of their customers. I am so happy that the previous company’s wristwatch failed to charge after three years and could not be repaired or replaced without me buying a new one that only offered AT&T now and no longer T-Mobile in my area. And it did not have any of the features that yours does. I just can’t believe that I found your watch after all these years. I followed ratings last time and was totally misled. And your watch allows standard sized watch bands to be used if the customer prefers to change the band. The two you supplied are fine and I use the one the watch shipped with.

The watch price and your monthly rates are the same or less than your closest competitor's and yet your match features are much superior and your service in tops. I could not be happier. Many thanks from South Carolina.

Since i am more home bound, this is the best for me. I did not like the flashing blue light on the last one.

I particular enjoy having to only charge it two hours a day. It is smaller in size and I plan to keep it with me at all times.

We recently set up my mom with this system, connected to their landline phone. She has the fall detection pendant. Set up was very simple, including a “test” so we knew the system was working. She has had a couple of false alarms, and each time a kind person came on the speaker, loud enough to hear from a good distance, and asked if she needs help, and whether everyone in the home is ok. EMTs, if dispatched, are given information about how to enter the home, either via lockbox or garage code, and I also receive a text message if EMTs are dispatched. Well worth the cost, which is affordable.

Device is good. Lanyard has a cheap clasp. Mine was broken when I got it. Needs major improvements.

She was informative. I was just disappointed that in the little time I had the watch, it went off three times. It seems touchy

Recently set loud 100 year old aunt up with your medical alert system. She is doing well and very pleased. The process for purchasing and delivery was seamless.

My parents have been using the pendants for about a week now and they seem to like it so far. Dad even accidentally pushed the button but quickly understood how to cancel it. All good so far!

Monitoring response was quick and efficient.

I am a new customer who has just set up the system. So, I cannot yet speak to actual response to an emergency. However it has given me (and my adult daughters) peace of mind. I can also report that the customer service so far has been remarkable and the set up very easy. Having done extensive research before purchasing the system, I believe it is a very cost effective system.

Comfortable and easy to wear.

This is my second flex type device. I like that it is smaller and lighter than my first one. The lanyard is much softer and less irritating on my sensitive skin. The response is immediate and professional. The feature I do not like is the very bright strobe like blinking on the device. It shows through some of my clothes and is very disturbing at night when charging. When charging I put something over it to dim the light. Also the charging voice could be more pleasant. I will continue to wear the Flex and will continue to recommend it.

Ordered a replacement wristband before Labor Day for my husband and it was sent right out and arrived shortly. Thank you for great service as always!
